Today I went on a big 300 km drive with my Dad. We went to a place called "Kiwi House". It had some really awesome birds and lizards. I got so close to a Kiwi!! The only thing between its nose touching mine was a piece of  glass!!

I saw a couple of other birds like a kingfisher, Kea and Kaka!! You can see more of the birds at this website: http://www.kiwihouse.org.nz/photos-kiwihouse-birds.html!! Later on (after we finished at the kiwi house) we went to see my sister.

Shes done well in her tests so far, I know she got 3rd in her musical and 6th in a dressage test. Nicole and my mum have been sleeping in a tent in the rain :P!!

The final thing my Dad and I did was go to Pokeno!! Famous for bacon and... ICE CREAM!!! I had a single cone and dad had a kiddie cone. The single cone had 3 massive scopes and the kiddie cone had 2!! I had dutch chocolate for all 3.
